Craniosacral Therapy
Traditional Craniosacral Therapy including Touch the Brain & Somatoemotional Release
CST is a complementary treatment that releases tensions deep in the body to help reduce pain, relieve dysfunction, and improve whole-body health and performance by facilitating the body’s natural and innate healing processes

_____
Visceral manipulation or “VM”
VM uses organ-specific fascial mobilization and is based on the premise that free movement within the body is vital. The purpose of VM is to re-create, harmonize, and increase proprioceptive communication in the body to enhance its internal mechanism for better health, thereby revitalizing a person, and relieving symptoms of pain, dysfunction, and poor posture.
Neural manipulation or “NM”
“Neural” refers to the nervous system of the body, which includes the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. NM identifies local nerves restrictions and fixation while examining their effects on the rest of the body. The application of gentle NM techniques re-establishes communication in the body, and improves it’s ability to adapt and restore itself to optimal health.
Brain techniques
Similar to NM, Brain techniques work on specific brain structures to improve blood flow, to and from the brain, and the brain’s ability to heal. It aims to address the physical structures within the brain and their functionalities. There is also a functional approach aimed at improving smell, hearing, sight, language, coordination, proprioception, and emotions.
New manual articular techniques
This is a manual therapy focused on treating joints by addressing their complex interconnections with nerves, arteries, bones, ligaments, and visceral and emotional systems. It uses gentle, precise techniques to mobilize soft tissues and improve the body’s healing capabilities by evaluating and treating the whole body, rather than just the symptomatic joint
Artery releases
Artery releases, part of the Visceral Vascular Manipulation (VVM), focuses on evaluating and treating restrictions within the arterial system to enhance blood circulation and improve organ function. This comprehensive approach aims to address and mitigate the adverse effects of vascular restrictions on overall health and well-being.
